5 months from surgery and the 2nd stage of physical therapy is killer. Shuttle runs, box jumps, single leg bosu-ball squats, etc. Toughest thing right now is quad strength, though. Anyone have a killer quad-killing routine?
My recovering leg (left) is straight chicken leg status right now… lol
How the hell are they going to remove wrestling from the olympics?!? Its a core sport! Its called Greco-Roman wrestling for a reason, because they’ve been doing it for like 10000 years!
Oh, but we must keep rythmic gymnastics, race-walking and freaking horse dancing… Really?!
And I swear if roller-sports gets placed in over wrestling, Im gonna rage. Might as well get rid of archery and athletics too, since they’re too old fashion… Ugh, IOC WTF…
/End Rant
Barbell presses, dumbbell front raises, dumbbell lateral raises, machine rear delt flyes, Arnold presses…. The pain!!!

Surgery in mid-December so I have time to get the joint more flexible and recover over the Christmas holiday. 2 weeks on crutches without cartilage damage, 6 WEEKS if I need cartilage repair (ie micro-fracture surgery).
